本学期教务处将认真贯彻学校行政工作会议上的教学工作要求:以求真务实的工作态度,促进公平、提高内涵、发展特色、塑造品牌。进一步加强教学管理、对学校常规教学工作实施全员管理。以评价为导向,以发展为动力,真正把握住教学这个生命线。另外学校面临着合格中职学校学校的复评,作为学校的职能部门,教务处将紧紧围绕学校本学期工作思路和工作重点,强化制度建设,树立“以人为本”的教育理念,贯彻落实新课改精神,认真做好本学期的教育教学工作。

一、工作重点

牢固树立向管理要质量、向教师队伍建设要质量的指导思想。以课堂教学为中心,凸显教研组功能、提升学科教学的整体水平,加强教学环节的督查与指导,切实做好以下几个方面的工作:

1、加强教学常规管理,重视常规教学检查。

2、加强教师队伍建设,开展好青年教师基本功竞赛活动。

3、加强对课程改革,突出学情与教学质量提高的结合。

二、突出“三个中心”,提高教学质量

教学质量是学校工作的灵魂和生命线,学校教学质量的高低,关系到学校的生存和发展,关系到广大教师的切身利益。所以,全体教师要树立质量意识,认真牢记“学校工作以教学为中心,教学流程以课堂为中心,课堂教学以学生为中心”的教学质量观,切实把提高教学质量工作抓紧抓好。为此,要做好以下四个方面的工作:

第一、要充分发挥学科教研组的作用,教研组长是该学科的带头人,要对本学科的教学质量负责,组织和带领本学科教师进取主动地开展好教研工作,研究教材,分析考纲,制定计划,统一要求,安排活动,做好教研组活动记录,便于学校定期检查。

第二、各教研组要以务实教研为宗旨,带领教师加强业务学习,转变教育观念,加强信息交流,进取投身到新课标改革中来。教研活动以教材、考纲、教法和学法为重点,进取鼓励教师运用现代教学手段进行课堂教学,各教研组按规定推出必须数量的学科特色课,安排一项学科特色教研活动。能够根据本组实际拟定评课标准,开展客观公正的评课活动,教研组每周要有活动记录,期末要有教研总结。

第三、学校的骨干教师担当着学科教学质量提高的重任,是学校发展必须紧密依靠的中坚力量。骨干教师在做好教学工作的同时,要加强自身学习,不断给自我“充电”。做到学用一致,在教学活动中要起示范和带动作用,各教研组在安排公开课时,力争让优秀教师、学科带头人、骨干教师上示范课或研讨课。青年教师应当虚心向骨干教师学习。在教学过程中务实进娶提高青年教师的创新精神和实践本事,加快教师专业化培养进程。

第四、进一步完善教学质量评估机制,在加强考试成绩质量评估的同时,将对教师的教学行为、命题质量,学生评教意见和家长评教意见等纳入教学质量评估范围,增加评估的透明度,充分体现公平、公开、公正的原则,使教学质量评估制度逐步走上规范化轨道。

三、抓好教育教学常规工作

(一)教研组和备课组常规工作

1、根据上级安排,本学期于20xx年xx月xx日正式开学,20xx年xx月xx日放寒假,全学期共xx周。除节假日停课和复习考试时间,预计教师安排上新课xx周。计划于第十一周期中考试,于xx周进行期末考试。教研组要精心订出授课计划和教师公开课计划。

教研组长要精心组织本组教师以不一样的形式学习党的教育方针,学习先进教育理论,树立正确的教育思想,不断更新教育观念,加强新课标和新教材的培训和钻研,以适应课堂教学发展的需要。学习的形式要多样化,能够集中学习(含观看影像资料),能够集中讨论、交流,也能够集中培训(仪器、软件的使用及新课标和新教材的培训等)等等。每次例会要邀请至少一位中心发言人,中心发言人应提交纲要,有一个主题,构成一种学术气氛。

2、重视新教师的培养和帮扶工作,加快新教师的成长步伐。教研组长要明确学校对“青蓝工程”结对子双方的要求,让其尽早站稳讲台,并经常了解实际情景,发现一些在新教师培养过程中的问题,并提出来研究,以便及时解决问题。在教研组长会上要定期汇报和交流本组新教师培养情景。

3、抓好备课组工作。要求组织同年级教师学习本学科课程标准,明确本学科教学目的、任务,研究教学中的新情景,新问题,提出改善意见。要求同年级要做到教学要求统一、教学进度统一、单元检测统一、阅卷标准统一、使用资料统一。

4、经常分析各年级教学情景和学生学习情景,处理好基础知识的落实与培养本事、发展智力的关系,研究教学方法的改善,尽可能利用学校的现有资源和视听手段优化教学过程,激发学生的兴趣。

5、鼓励和引导教师进取开展教育教学研究。根据教学实际,确定教研组、备课组和教师个人每阶段的研究课题。组织观摩课、公开课,提出听课要求,主持评课,及时总结、交流经验,指导、鼓励教师撰写教研论文。教研组长全学期至少听本组每个教师一次课。

6、进取进行课堂教学改革。提倡“四多三鼓励”:多启发、多激趣、多直观、多实践,鼓励发问、鼓励讨论、鼓励求新。

7、根据本组教师不一样情景,订出教师业务学习进修规划和措施,经常检查落实。经过老带新、先行课等方式帮忙青年教师及教学上有困难的教师尽快熟悉业务,提高教学水平。

8、组织本组各年级教师搞好考试命题工作,审查、掌握命题原则,认真组织好阅卷、评分,确保成绩信度,要求备课组做好考试质量分析,并在教研组组会上进行总结。

9、各教研组要组织好教师进取参加市级教学基本功竞赛,全组教师要全员参与,全程参与,这既是对教师个人业务本事的测评,也是对该组全体教师教育教学水平的检阅,要以其为契机,提高全组教师教育教学水平。

10、每学期人人上好一节公开课,要做到一人上课,大家得益。在听课中探索,在相互学习中感悟,使思维在那里碰撞,使思想在那里发生全方位的转换。各组评课活动要做好记录,构成过程性资料。

11、教研组长要负责上述多项工作的贯彻落实,开学时订好教研组工作计划,学期结束时做好工作总结并定期向学校行政领导和教师总结工作。

(二)、教师教学常规要求

1、实施素质教育,为把学生培养成高层次的德才兼备的人才奠定基础,其主渠道在课堂教学。课堂教学质量直接影响学生的思想政治素质、审美素质、良好个性品质的构成和发展,直接影响学生知识、本事、素质的提高,学生创新意识、创新精神、创新本事的培养也主要靠课堂教学来奠基。所以,教师应在如何提高课堂教学质量和效益上下功夫,打破传统式的“满堂灌”教学方式,“授之以渔”,重视学法指导。

遵循课堂教学“五原则”:

(1)。目标性原则:每堂课都要有明确的情感目标、知识目标、本事目标。

(2)。针对性原则:教学过程、资料、方法的设计、确定与选用,要有极强的针对性,要研究全班和各种层次学生的认知水平和理解本事,要讲其所“需”,练其所“要”,让全班每位学生学有所获,有所提高。

(3)。主体性原则:要变“讲堂”为“学堂”,变学生被动听讲为主动进取参与课堂教学活动,在发挥教师主导作用的同时,体现学生在教学过程中的主体地位,突出学生的参与。

(4)。思路教学原则:在讲清知识点的同时,突出思路教学,教给学生规律与方法,培养学生举一反三,触类旁通的学习本事。

(5)。精讲精练原则:要讲练结合,以练促学,经过练习促进学生主动学习到达掌握、消化、巩固当堂教学资料的目的。

2、切实做到教学“六认真”

(1)。认真备课。教案资料完备(目标、重点、难点、资料、方法、作业、板书等),应一课一案,有时间安排。中、老年教师可备略案,年轻教师应备详案。培养对象的教案应有指导教师签名。检查教案三次,并评选优秀教案,给予相应的物质和精神奖励。

(2)。认真上课。课堂教学中应贯彻“启发式”教学原则,应以教师为主导,学生为主体,重视学生的“非智力因素”,注重培养学生的创新意识、思维本事,反对“注入式”、“满堂灌”。教学目的明确,重点突出,板书工整,条理清楚,难易适度,效果良好。教师上课规定用普通话。上课不迟到、早退,不私下调课或代课。

(3)。认真批改作业。认真安排好课内外练习、作业,对作业要作规范要求,习题精选,要按照基础性、层次性、探究性和激励性原则来设计和布置各类作业,要做到科学、规范、趣味、多样,督促学生认真作业,按时交作业;作业应全批全改;作业中的共性问题应集中评讲。本学期检查学生作业情景二次,学校将定期和不定期检查作业布置和批改情景。使作业成为交流信息和促进教学的有效途径

(4)。认真辅导。准时到班辅导,既备问,又负责纪律;课余时间的辅导也应热情、耐心,注重发展学生的个性特长。

(5)。认真组织检测、考试。教师均有命题的职责,试题难度值、区分度应恰当,不得有知识性错误;应按教务处和年级组的安排严格监考;应按评分标准认真阅卷,客观公正,宽严适度,确保成绩信度;应作质量分析和试卷评讲。

(6)。认真执行教学“四个必”:讲必练、练必阅、阅必评、错必纠。

3、听课:发扬团结协作精神,互助互学,教师平均每月听课不少于2节,各任课教师每学期必须听同科同年级教师的课在5节以上,教研组长每月听课不少于4节,各位行政每学期不少于20节,每位新教师每学期必须听同年级教师课在10节以上,指导教师必须听新教师课8节以上,并及时交换意见,严防走过场,流于形式。

4、进一步完善考核和评价机制。要将过程管理资料和年度考核相结合,真正体现踏实工作、努力进取有回报,干好干坏不一样,使师资队伍建设有保障。

(三)、加强对高中一年制班工作的指导,努力提高服务意识

高中一年制班是我校新开的专业、缺乏经验和资料、我们要从头抓起,循序渐进,详细制定好教学计划并认真落实。高中一年制班教师要在抓好每轮复习的同时,注重信息分析与整合,学习兄弟学校成功经验、注重团结合作,协同作战,相互配合,同时认真做好学生思想工作,培养学生稳定的应试心理和应试本事。使本届高中一年制班工作取得成功、力争成为我校的一个品牌。教务处在本学期对高中一年制班工作着重做好服务,安排好高三年级的各类模拟考与分析,安排好学生会和家长会,在高考动态,对外联系和进行宏观指导等方面,多做研究,多予关注。

四、扎实推进新课程改革的全面落实

职业中学的课程改革已摆上日程,在新课程理念指导下,扎实有效地开展新课程改革;切实转变教师的教学行为,实现学生学习方式的变革;深化教育改革,使素质教育取得突破性进展,开创芜湖中华职业学校改革和发展新局面。

一、指导思想:

全面贯彻党的教育方针,认真贯彻落实区教育局“教研年”精神,进一步树立四个意识,即“服务意识、规范意识、质量意识、发展意识”,全面推进素质教育。以课堂为主阵地,以教育科研为抓手,以教研活动为载体,着力进行课堂教学有效性研究,打造“自主、合作、快乐、高效”的新课堂。深化课程改革,促进学生主体发展,教师主动发展,学校自主发展。

二、工作目标及具体措施

(一)常规管理

1、严格执行课程计划。按照国家课程计划开齐、上足、上好各类课程,不任意增删课时。加大课程巡查力度,对各教师执行课程计划、按课表上课等情况进行督查,发现问题要严肃处理。继续严格控制学生在校时间,要求学生按时到校,教师及时放学,关注学生身心健康。

2、严格备课管理。要求教师要从整体上把握教材,熟悉教材的知识结构,把握教材的重点、难点和知识间的内在联系。坚持提前备课,教案体现“自主、合作、探究”新理念。坚持每课一教学反思。

3、精心设计及批改作业。要精选作业内容,难易适中,体现梯度,形式多样,在巩固基础中求提高。认真批改作业,在批改过程中注重文字、符号、图案的激励作用,以批改促作业质量提高。处理学生的作业时不体罚和变相体罚学生。

4、加强教学常规的检查制度。继续坚持集中检查与抽查相结合、定期检查与不定期抽查相结合、全面检查与单项抽查相结合、全员检查与个别抽查相结合的方式,每学期教导处每月进行一次集中教学检查,检查后及时反馈。对教师上课情况教导处和校长室将深入班级听课指导和走廊巡视进行检查,及时了解我校教师的教学情况。

5、加强教学档案的规范化管理,重视每学期教学档案和教师业务档案的整理,对各学科教学常规落实及检查、开展活动情况、教师业务档案、教研成果、获奖情况等进行详实记,统一归档,系统管理。为学校“绩效工资”改革、职称评审、职务聘任以及教师的专业化成长提供资料。

(二)教学工作

1、以人为本,全面提高教学质量。一是强化低段学生的学习习惯、学习兴趣的培养。制定具体的学习习惯要求,健全表扬激励制度。二是组织期中、期末语文、数学、英语学科教学质量检测、调研,教导处要及时分析,及时通报,督促教师及时调整改进。三是加强家校合作,共同做好学困生的帮扶、教育工作。

本学期,我校教研工作继续围绕“提升教学质量和办学品位”这一总体发展目标,以发展学生素养为核心,质量建设为关键,围绕“三个落实一个提高——落实课程管理、扎实课堂教学、做实课题研究、提高教育质量”这一总体思路,积极开展校本教科研活动,转变观念,推进课程改革,使教师的教研能力的新的发展,新的突破,达到一个新的高度。

一、规范办学行为,促进多元发展。

(1)规范教师职业行为。要求教师要尊重学生人格,不歧视学生,不体罚、变相体罚学生,关心帮助学习困难的学生;无私自在校外兼课、兼职、乱订教辅材料、违法乱纪等现象;自觉学习,积极进取,教书育人,为人师表,保护学生合法权益。

(2)规范招生就学行为。加强管理和引导,严格执行学籍管理制度,认真落实xx省教育厅《关于印发xx省中小学学生学籍管理办法的通知》(x教基[20xx]xx号),按规定要求转学、休学等并办好相关手续,做好学籍建档工作,及时完善电子学籍系统中的采集、更新、审核上报等工作,完成国家学籍系统的资料建档,做到“校不漏生”,数据吻合。保障每一位学生入学机会均等。

(3)规范部编课程管理。严格按照省教育厅要求制定学校的课程表、作息时间表、大课间活动安排表并上墙接受社会监督;开齐、开足、上好新课程要求及部编的课程,不随意增减课程和课时,不随意调整课程难度和教学进度,积极组织学生开展“阳光体育艺术活动”。

二、强化过程检查,实现精细管理。

1、继续落实学科“课前3-5分钟”训练。学校要严格执行课前三分钟候课制度,有效落实语文科每节课前3-5分钟的听写、默写重点词句训练,全面夯实学生基础积累;数学科每节课前3-5分钟的口算训练(包括列式计算、简便计算等),全面、扎实提高学生口算能力,争取能够达到条件反射、脱口而出的效果。利用下午第一节课前时段安排学生进行15分钟集中写字训练,一至6年级每周至少安排一课时的书法指导课。

2、继续落实学业状况检评机制。结合教师绩效考核,严格教学常规“月检”制度,积极开展自查整改和评比活动,使每一位教师扎扎实实做好应该做好的本职工作。从备课(提高有效性)、上课(体现时代性)、作业(加强精选性)、辅导(注重及时性)、评价(倡导发展性)等环节入手,修订、完善科学化、人文化、精细化的教学管理体系,为教学工作高效、有序运行奠定基础。

3、强化师德师能,提高队伍素质。

(1)提升政治素质。贯彻落实《中共中央、国务院关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》,加强理想信念教育,引导教师准确理解和把握社会主义核心价值观的深刻内涵,要树立正确的育人观和质量观,落实立德树人根本任务,深化教育教学改革,不断提高教育教学水平,促进学生全面健康成长。各校要通过定期组织专题讲座、交流研讨等方式,提高每一位教师的思想认识,激发每一位教师的育人情怀,引导教师树立正确的教育理念,规范教学行为。

(2)提升专业素养。

一要深化“三项研磨”活动。学校要面向全体教师,以“三项研磨”为抓手,在全面把握学情的前提下,以课程标准为指导,突出学科特点,提高教师驾驭课堂能力,夯实学生基础,提高课堂教学质量。按市教育局要求,组织教师参加毕业班语文、数学、下水题测试。从中了解出题内容,把握命题方向,从而提高教师的业务水平。

二、要提升教研工作实效。以“磨课”为载体,组织全体教师上好片断教学(50岁以下教师),要运用好学校现有现代教育技术手段,如录播教室等,将教研工作落实落细,努力不使教研工作“走过场”。

(3)提升信息水平。充分发挥班班多媒体的功能,提升教师基础教育信息化融合应用水平。多观摩教师优质课,积极借鉴其课件作业习题设计,学习其教材处理、基础知识训练、学生能力培养等。使用过程应杜绝照搬照套,或者直接跟着系统上课等现象,全面提高教师教育信息技术水平。

4、强化核心素养,提高读写思辩能力

(1)重视写字素养。“写字是一项重要的基本功”,学校要切实将学生写字纳入教师指导环节,通过午写等途径,教给学生写字方法,要通过举办写字展览、开展写字竞赛等方式营造浓厚写字氛围。本学年校本课程继续开设书法课。学校要落实课内有效指导、课后有效巩固的要求,及时指导讲评,力求较短时间内提高我校学生的写字质量。进一步明确写字指导的重要性,自觉将“写字”工作纳入教学环节,要通过“三笔字”培训,提高教师写字水平,增强学生写字指导的有效性,通过定期跟踪、横向(生与生)、纵向(学生不同阶段)写字水平比较,切实将写字工作落到实处。

(2)重视阅读素养。本学期,我校校本课程增设经典诵读课。利用每周固定的一节课或早会10分钟进行诵读。通过学生不思不议的读,从而让学生爱上阅读,并养成阅读的习惯。通过坚持诵读能逐步达到以下目的:

1、提高记忆能力:轻松背诵大量经典,并由此开发出儿童的强大记忆能力;

2、提高识字能力,轻松认识汉字;

3、增进理解能力:增加综合理解能力;

4、提高语言表达能力:锻炼良好的口才;

(3)重视思辩能力。要重视学生思辩能力培养,本学期将以素养测试卷为抓手,夯实课堂过程教学,提升学生思辩能力。在学科教学中,要重视分层教学,使用好教材中“选做题”等。要重视学生学习方法引导,根据“磨卷”要求,以区域名校试卷为样本,以课标为指导,引导教师深入研磨,挖掘试题与教材重难点之间的内在联系,从而掌握提高学生思辩能力的方法和策略。

5、强化质量意识,提升内涵发展。

质量是一所学校发展的生命线。没有质量,何来尊严!

一要充分发挥正向激励、反向约束、导向引领的作用,全面加强质量建设,想方设法调动师生积极性,群策群力,力促教育教学质量不断提升和突破。要结合学校实际,集思广益,多方论证,科学合理制定并完善学校提升教育教学质量精细化管理方案,将各项职责和措施明确化、具体化,层层落实到学校领导、教研组长、班主任及科任教师,将精细化贯穿于学校各项工作之中,按章办事,真抓实干,狠抓落实。

二要继续实施质量监控。强化教育质量在职称、评优评先等方面的权重,强化监控结果运用,严肃问责问效,全面提高教育教学质量。狠抓质量薄弱学校、薄弱年段、薄弱学科,确保年级过关。校领导要及时跟踪各单元质量监控成绩,统筹分析各个学段学生及格率、优秀率等情况,针对其制定帮扶措施,不断提高学生成绩。建立监控、反馈、通报、约谈等机制,有效控制和优化教学过程,确保学校教学质量稳步提高。尤其要切实抓好毕业班管理工作,确保毕业班的质量稳步上升。毕业班工作是学校教学工作的重点之一,学校校长、教导要定期与毕业班教师沟通了解,要针对现有毕业班的实际情况进行跟踪分析,寻找差距,采取措施,提高成绩。

7、强化教学研究,提升课堂效益。
