自从x月x日从x分公司借调至省公司财务处实习，已经一月有余。在这一个多月的时间里，在领导的关心与支持下，在各位老师的指点、帮助、督促下，我对财务的工作有了更为深入的认识和感受。

在展开岗位学习之前，我首先熟悉了公司各项制度，尤其是财务制度与规范，这使我初步了解了到财务工作的流程，也感受到了财务工作的严谨性与规范性。

我从出纳岗、费用岗开始，由易而难，学习了费用、进销存、资产等岗位。这次到省公司学习的机会来之不易，我以感恩的心态来认真对待这次培训。在学习过程中，我认真完成所学岗位老师给予的任务，并在其它时间跟着其他岗位学习了一定的相关知识，协助相关岗位整理凭证。通过岗位的学习较为详细地了解到了财务工作的工作流程，知晓了各个岗位的工作过程。同时，通过实际的岗位工作练习，掌握了一定的岗位工作技能，为以后在财务工作打下了基础。在以后的工作与学习中，我一定要以认真、踏实、积极、乐观的态度投入到工作当中去。在最后这几天，我协助整理了财务精细化手册。通过这次整理，我对财务工作的整体流程有了更深的了解，同时也能感受到相关岗位积极的工作态度。这几天虽然天天加班到深夜，却是丰富而充实的。通过凭证的整理，我认识到财务工作细节的重要性，只有把握好所有的细节，财务工作才能顺利的进行，一点都马虎不得。

从7月16日到8月1日我在xx日报社进行了为期十五天的实习。短短的实习期虽然出去采访的次数并不多，但阅历倒是增加不少，应该说留心处处皆学问，用心去感受就会发现很多学问。发觉书本所讲的理论与实践多少是有距离的，我们学生要在实践中把学到的理论知识运用起来并不是容易的事。只有真正经历过亲身感受过才知道其中所蕴含的道理。而经过了四次的外出采访，有顺利接受采访的，有被拒绝采访的，事后都是受益匪浅的。

时间飞逝，一年转眼而过，我们慢慢的从学生时期逐渐过度到了临床阶段。近一年的实习，其中的酸甜苦辣，正在经历的我们深有体会，正所谓“如人饮水，冷暖自知”。现在的我们慢慢在成长，从一开始进入临床实习的迷茫，不自信，面对病人的各种紧张与不安，到现在从容的与病人交谈问病史，体格检查，开医嘱等，正一步步的证明着我们的成熟。

面对着庞大的车床，我们除了好奇外，对它十分的陌生，老师给我们细心的讲解车床的各个部件的名称和操作细则，我们逐渐熟悉车头，进给箱，走刀箱，托盘等主要部件的控制，老师要求我们先不开动车床，重点进行纵横向手动进给练习。要求达到进退动作准确、自如，且要做到进给动作缓慢、均匀、连续。到一定程度后可开车练习，每项操作都进行到我们熟悉为止，接下来，老师要求我们做自动走刀车外圆，每次车的直径为20 mm，那么刀具只能前进10mm，并要熟练掌握操作顺序：先将托盘对准工件调零，退刀调节刀具要前进10mm，开车，待走刀前进到3/4时，改为手动走刀到精确位置，退刀停车。经过几次的训练，我们已经熟悉了本项操作。由于时间的原因，我们只能给这个任务，不过我们做的很认真，也第一次看到自己在如此庞大的机床上的劳动成果，心里真的很高兴，相信自己在接下来的实习中会越做越好！
