西贡半岛，位于新界东部，被誉为海鲜之都。这次香港的旅途，我有幸来到了西贡半岛。

Saigon Peninsula, located in the eastern part of New Territories, is known as the capital of seafood.I was fortunate to come to the Saigon Peninsula this time in Hong Kong.

我和妈妈先乘坐港岛线到北角站换成将军澳线到坑口站，再乘坐101巴士到达西贡半岛。不过一小时，我们就到达了西贡半岛。

My mother and I first took the Hong Kong Island Line to the North Point Station and replaced the Tseung Kwan OK to the Hangkou Station, and then took the 101 bus to the Saigon Peninsula.But for an hour, we reached the Saigon Peninsula.

汽车沿着山路走。在山上，我看见了渔村。西贡半岛，主要以海鲜为主。在那边，有一个专门停泊渔船的海域。我第一次见到如此之多的渔船停泊在一起，既新奇，又满脸疑惑。以前，我在看见大海上看见到过渔船在海上打渔。而现在，我可以近距离的看到各式各样的渔船。我发现了一个规律：大部分的渔船的船头高，船尾低。我问了妈妈。妈妈回答我：“因为海上风浪非常大。为了抵御大风大浪，船头必须提高。如果不提高，那么很有可能风浪会把减慢渔船的速度，甚至都会把渔船掀翻。”我顿时恍然大悟。

The car walked along the mountain road.On the mountain, I saw the fishing village.The Saigon Peninsula is mainly seafood.There is a sea area where fishing boats are moored.For the first time, I saw so many fishing boats mooring together, both novel and confused.Previously, I saw the fishing boat fishing on the sea when I saw the sea.Now, I can see a variety of fishing boats up close.I found a rule: the bow of most fishing boats was high and the stern was low.I asked my mother.My mother answered me: "Because the wind and waves at the sea are very large. In order to resist the wind and waves, the bow must be improved. If it is not improved, it is likely that the wind and waves will slow down the speed of fishing boats and even overturn the fishing boat." I suddenly realized.

在前面，我已经提到了，西贡半岛被誉为海鲜之都。那么来到了西贡半岛，当然要吃海鲜了。我和妈妈来到了全记饭店。妈妈对我说：“全记饭店连续5年获得了米其林奖。米其林奖是香港美食的一个奖项。那里的饭菜可好吃了。我们要不要晚饭在那里吃?”我立刻答应了。

In front of me, I have mentioned that the Saigon Peninsula is known as the seafood capital.Then when you come to the Saigon Peninsula, of course, you have to eat seafood.My mother and I came to Quanji Hotel.My mother said to me, "The Quanji Hotel won the Michelin Award for 5 consecutive years. The Michelin Award is a award of Hong Kong cuisine. The meals there are delicious. Do we want to eat there for dinner?" I immediately agreed.

全记饭店的饭菜可好吃了。最令我喜欢的是芝士龙虾意面,龙虾十分新鲜，意面上包裹着厚厚的芝士，味道十分浓郁，令我馋垂欲滴。那芝士，金灿灿的。把一些芝士放入嘴中，一股浓浓的奶香味瞬间涌入嘴中。在饭后，他们还送上了饭店做的免费的糖水和免费的红豆粥。有了这样地道的服务，难怪全记饭店能获得米其林奖。

The meals of Quanji Hotel are delicious.What makes me like most is the pasta of cheese lobster. The lobster is very fresh, and the pasta is covered with thick cheese. The taste is very strong, which makes me stunned.That cheese, Jin Chancan.Put some cheese in your mouth, and a thick milk flavor instantly poured into the mouth.After meals, they also gave the hotel free sugar water and free red bean porridge.With such authentic services, no wonder Quan Ji Hotel can win the Michelin Award.

中意这次的西贡之旅，只是觉得五天的时间太少，真想在香港能多呆上几天。

The trip to Saigon this time just felt that the five days were too small, and I really wanted to stay in Hong Kong for a few more days.
