一、给孩子创造一个良好的家庭学习环境。

父母是孩子的第一任老师,家庭环境对孩子的成长非常重要。首先,要尽力为孩子营造一个积极向上的学习氛围。我们做父母的必须以身作则,身体力行。比如在孩子做作业时,我们就不能开电视、打扑克、玩电脑等,还孩子一个安静、舒适的学习环境。第二,要教育孩子尊敬长辈,言行一致,讲话文明。我要求孩子做到的,自己必须做到。第三,培养孩子良好的学习习惯和生活习惯。比如按时完成作业;先做作业后玩耍;要么不做,要做就要做好;纠正学习中的粗心大意,培养良好的学习习惯,如:写字时铅笔削的细一点、写的字要横平竖直、规范笔顺、写字姿势要端正,保持作业书面整洁,按时完成作业等。在家做试卷练习时,严格按照时间要求做题,完成后按照评分标准进行打分,错题及时改正,并加强训练。孩子从幼儿园刚踏入小学时,我就培养她早睡早起的习惯,晚上七点至八点睡觉,早上五点半起床。孩子刚上一年级时数学成绩不是很好,我就给她买了几套数学试卷,在她早起洗漱后,利用半个小时的时间,结合教学进度和孩子的接受能力,辅导她做一做,这样不但加深了她当天所学的知识,而且又培养了她勤于思考的习惯,使她的数学成绩逐步提高。第四,注意培养孩子的阅读兴趣和习惯。李晓萌的语言表达与阅读能力都还不错,可是作文写作不行。我就买了一些她感兴趣的书,和她一起看书,把好词好句记下来,培养孩子养成了良好的阅读习惯,让她能静心读书,开阔了视野。另外,还要注意把阅读选择的权利交给孩子,尽可能地为孩子提供轻松自由的阅读环境。第五,教育孩子自己的事自己做,不挑食,不乱花钱,不乱扔垃圾,不以自我为中心,教育她要学会合作,培养团队精神。

二、把孩子当作朋友,多交流,多沟通。

人与人之间是需要互相沟通的,父母与孩子之间也不例外。我觉得,如果能找到合适的时间跟孩子好好沟通,互相了解,换位思考,多给孩子一些关爱,那么这种努力一定会事半功倍。作为孩子,她们都希望自己是最棒的,然而不可能每次都能争第一,我常对孩子讲,只要认真去学习就可以了。孩子考试成绩不好或者哪一方面有差距时,我就帮她分析原因,找差距,加强练习,进一步拉近与孩子的距离,当遇到问题时她就主动和我沟通,当孩子学会了一些方法时,在学习和生活中遇到的困难自然就解决了。

三、以平常心来对待孩子的学习,多鼓励、少批评,减轻孩子的精神压力。

孩子每取得一点进步,都要及时发现与表扬,使她今后做得更好。孩子的自尊心很强,尽量少批评,正确引导孩子向正面发展。适度对比,对比学习成绩好的同学为什么能够做到,对比年龄相仿的小朋友为什么能够全面发展,一经对比会发现自己还存在的差距,激发她学习的动力。我从来不用分数的高低标准去衡量自己的孩子用心不用心,当她成绩好时就让她继续努力,当成绩不好时分析其中的原因,树立孩子的自信心。平常注意引导孩子做到学习和休息相结合的习惯,学习累了让她看看动画片、和小朋友玩玩游戏或者帮助大人做点家务活,星期天带她到外面去走一走,逛逛公园看看大自然的美好风景等,这样对孩子的学习有很大的帮助。我每个月还订了两份小学生课外读物,有时去书店买些课外书,开拓孩子的课外知识面。

四、关于家长签字问题

孩子平时的作业、考试试卷等都需要家长签字,有的家长只草草地签个“名字”或者“考的不好!”“一般!”“继续努力!”等就自己忙去了。这是对孩子不负责任的态度,签字的时候,我觉着是跟孩子交流的最好机会,我就心平气和地跟孩子坐下来,一起分析错误原因,找出问题所在,然后有针对性的学习或练习。直到孩子记住了怎么错的,改正后保证以后不会错为止。同时,签字也是家长与老师沟通孩子学习、交流的好机会。

总之,看着孩子一天天的茁壮成长,我看在眼里,喜在心上。我知道,她所取得的每一点进步都离不开各位老师的谆谆教诲,离不开同学们的无私帮助,也离不开家长的辛勤付出。我相信,有老师们的精心培育,有家长们的密切配合,孩子们一定会健康地成长,更相信二年级六班在周老师的带领下永远是最优秀、最棒的班级,这也是我们做家长的骄傲!
