20xx年,一场突如其来的疫情,打乱了各种部署与安排。面对严峻疫情,上级部门做出延期开学的决定,同时做出“停课不停学”,进行线上教学的要求,我校积极主动,挖掘潜力,精准施策,充分利用了现代信息化手段,组成教师、学生、家长线上学习共同体,确保“五到位”:教师到位、学生到位、家长到位、监督到位、反馈到位,尽量保障学生学习效果。现将工作汇报如下:
一、学校基本情况
我校是一所乡镇中心小学,现有18个教学班,共计学生751人,大部分学生在农村生活。
二、前期准备
根据xx县教体科局“停课不停学”实施方案的要求,我校成立了以侯xx校长为中心的领导小组,自20xx年xx月xx日起,根据上级指示利用xx教育云平台,组建网络教学班级,拟定教学计划,制定切实可行的课程安排,做好了开课前的相关准备工作。教务处组织教师分班测试网络和相关设备,开展试教,进一步培训师生网络信息技术应用能力,明确教学任务和学习目标,熟悉网络教学环境及其教学组织方式。
xx月xx日,正式网络授课的前一天,xx教育云平台由于网络拥堵,软件崩溃,原定教学资源无法使用,我校第一时间组织教师挑选其他优质网络资源,大家群策群力,积极推荐好的教学资源及班级管理软件。最终制定了更适应农村家长的利用微信群发布学习任务,小程序“班级小管家”管理学生作业的网络教学方式。
三、顺利开展
我校各年级以班级为单位,各班根据各自学生学情,利用xx县中小学“空中课堂”等优质教学资源、班级微信群及小程序“班级小管家”高效开展网络教学,抓好家长入群登记工作,学生从线上学习开展当日起,进行打卡,教师进行记录、汇总,倡导家长配合老师做好学生在家学习的监控工作。其中,一、二年级家长和学生自愿决定是否进行网络学习,不做硬性要求。
授课教师根据课程设置提前撰写网络教学计划,制定一周的教学方案。提前备课,明确每节课的具体教学内容及重难点,提前制定本节课的教学目标,合理为学生设置作业及辅导的相关内容。
各任课教师利用“班级小管家”管理学生作业,做到了及时批改,并根据学生作业反馈及时了解学生学习情况,及时辅导。
体育教师负责辅助班主任对本班学生进行体育与健康方面的指导。使学生在家能得到科学合理的体育锻炼、健康指导及用眼卫生。每周一的安全与健康课程通过班级微信群等辅助班主任对学生进行指导。
所有网络授课教师在结束当天授课活动后,完成授课情况记录表。
四、监督检查
为及时掌握线上教学动态情况,防止出现线上教学不合理、学习时间过长、作业量大等问题,真正做到实现疫情防控时期“停课不停学”,我校成立以侯xx校长为中心的督查小组,各班根据督查安排把督查组成员拉进相应班级群,校领导不定时进行抽查。
督查组全体成员通过班级群动态不定时对各班级授课情况进行抽查。每周及时把督查情况反馈给教务处。教务处根据督查情况所反馈的问题及时对各班教学情况给予指导,帮助整改。
各位相关科目任课教师每周一交教务处一份本周的教学计划,教务处负责检查,对于教学计划不合理的班级科目,及时通知调整。
各位相关科目任课教师每天交教务处一份当天授课记录表及当天班级群内发布任务,批改作业的网络截图。教务处每天以抽查的方式了解本校当天的教学情况。
五、教学效果
自开展线上教学以来,全体网络授课教师认真备课、授课、批改作业、辅导学生,并积极与家长沟通,一切以学生为中心。我校教师认真负责,合理利用网络资源开展线上教学,满腔热情地投入工作,全心全意为学生服务。我校家长也能做到积极配合教师,督促学生认真学习、积极完成作业。大部分学生能够达到预期目标,完成课程要求,真正做到了教师、学生、家长线上学习共同体,确保了“五到位”。
六、存在的问题及解决措施
由于前期学生没有教科书,使用的是电子课本,长期面对手机、电脑等电子产品,不利于眼部健康;还有部分学生家庭条件有限,有的没有网络,有的网速不够流畅。
针对以上问题,我校积极响应上级号召,为学生送书上门,不在本地的学生我校利用顺丰快递邮寄,确保学生第一时间收到教科书,缓解用眼疲劳。市教育局联合移动、联通、电信三大运营商为贫困学生及线上授课教师免费解决网络问题,为他们提供免费赠送流量、家庭宽带免费提速等服务,切实解决了因网络受限不能上课的问题。

为保障疫情期间学生的心理健康,引导全体学生正确认识疫情,科学应对疫情,我校积极行动,展开了一系列的工作。

成立心理健康教育工作小组,全面规划和领导学生心理危机干预工作,督促有关人员认真履行危机干预工作的职责;开设“心灵热线”,引导学生自我调适,疏导疫情期间心理危机;建立学生心理健康档案,动态掌握学生心理状态;开设心理健康教育课堂,录制微课视频,普及心理健康知识,传授心理调节方法;积极参加线上心理健康培训,了解更多心理危机干预的技术;关爱抗疫人员子女,通过微信、电话等形式了解学生的学习情况和心理状况;定期回访被隔离的学生,传达学校和老师对孩子的关爱之情;开展丰富多彩的课外活动丰富学生居家生活,排解不良情绪。学校针对性的心理健康干预行动,对学生的心理健康起到了保驾护航的作用。
Set up a mental health education working group to comprehensively plan and lead the psychological crisis intervention of students, and urge relevant personnel to earnestly perform their duties of crisis intervention; Set up a "spiritual hotline" to guide students to adjust themselves and relieve the psychological crisis during the epidemic; Establish students' mental health files to dynamically master students' mental state; Set up mental health education classes, record micro lesson videos, popularize mental health knowledge, and teach psychological adjustment methods; Actively participate in online mental health training to learn more about psychological crisis intervention techniques; Care for the children of anti epidemic personnel, and learn about students' learning and psychological conditions through WeChat, telephone and other forms; Regularly pay a return visit to the isolated students to convey the love of the school and teachers for children; Carry out colorful extracurricular activities to enrich students' home life and dispel bad emotions. The school's targeted mental health intervention has played a role in protecting students' mental health.
四月的春光一泻千里,四月的杨柳摇曳生姿,四月的繁花热情洋溢。疫情必将过去,阳光依旧温暖。老师们笑对困境,不忘初心、牢记使命,用智慧和大爱守护学生。学生们认真学习,积极抗疫,用手中的笔杆和自己的行动书写了居家学习的华章。这是一段难以忘怀的时光,我们心连心的样子熠熠生辉!
