　　听着邹碧华生前同事和亲友用朴质的语言讲述着他工作和生活的点滴，好几次忍不住流下感动的热泪。邹院长严谨的工作态度，和善的处事之道，他坚定的司法信念和一心为民的公仆情怀感染着我。

Listening to Zou Bihua's colleagues and relatives and friends talking about his work and life in simple language, I couldn't help crying for several times. President Zou's rigorous working attitude, friendly way of doing things, his firm judicial faith and the public servant's feelings of serving the people infected me.

　　他用毕生贡献诠释着"一名良知法官"的模样。他勇于担当司法体制改革先锋，是依法治国大环境下司法改革的斗士，是法院干警学习的典范。

　　他用笔留给我们诸多理论学习的珍贵资料。作为非法专业的书记员，我自知法律素养和理论知识不够扎实。邹院长对于知识的渴望热情感染着我，《要件审判九步法》、《基层法院可视化管理》等著作早已成为大家人手案头必备的一本参考书，我也重燃学习的欲望，争取早日成为一名合格的法官。

He left us many precious materials for theoretical study with his pen. As a clerk of illegal profession, I know that my legal literacy and theoretical knowledge are not solid enough. President Zou's eagerness for knowledge has infected me. 　　邹碧华生前系上海市高级人民法院副院长，于2014年12月10日下午，因突发心脏病，经抢救无效去世。

Zou Bihua, a former vice president of Shanghai Higher People's Court, died of a heart attack on the afternoon of December 10, 2014.

　　法官作为时代的引领者、法治的守护人,有责任以其行动来践行和诠释这个时代的核心精神。邹碧华就是这样的法官,他的精神与时代精神高度契合。通过学习邹碧华的事迹，我感到应当从以下三个方面向邹碧华法官学习。

As the leader of the times and the guardian of the rule of law, judges have the responsibility to practice and interpret the core spirit of this era with their actions. Zou Bihua is such a judge, and his spirit is highly consistent with the spirit of the times. After studying the deeds of Zou Bihua, I feel that I should learn from Judge Zou Bihua from the following three aspects.

　　学习之一：邹碧华是正义与公正的化身。从党的十八届三中全会到四中全会,从《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》到《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》，我们生活的这个时代已深深刻下了改革与法治的印记。公正是法治的根本，法官是公正的代表。邹碧华从成为法官的第一天起，就恪守着“做一个有良知的法官”的承诺，他把自己称为“庭前独角兽”，因为在中国古代传说中，独角兽是正义与公正的化身。邹碧华是法治时代的公正法官,同时也是改革时代的先行者,他的精神是我们这个时代最宝贵的精神,也是激励后来者不断前行的力量。

Learning 1: Zou Bihua is the embodiment of justice and fairness. Justice is the basis of the rule of law, and judges are the representatives of justice. Zou Bihua has kept his promise of "being a judge with conscience" since the first day he became a judge. 　　学习之二：邹碧华是杰出法官的代表。为了追求公正，他敢于做第一个吃螃蟹的人，挺身为弱者代言，开创了未成年人起诉亲生父母的先例，让一个无助的孩子坚强地活下去。为了追求公正,他不怕当法官中的“背徒”，在法官与律师的“暗战”中，旗帜鲜明地为改善律师执业环境呼吁，并推动法院出台《法官尊重律师十条意见》，不仅被人们称为法官，更赢得了“法律人”的美誉。为了追求公正，他把学习作为毕生事业，在繁忙工作之余，研究不止，笔耕不辍，成为当代中国“学者型法官”“高素质法官”的杰出代表。

　　学习之三：邹碧华是改革创新敢于担当的法官。在司法改革全面进入深水区的当下，勇于担当、敢于创新,同时不怕承受由于改革而带来的种种压力，是新时代法官精神的重要组成部分。邹碧华是上海司法改革的“操盘手”之一，人们对他曾经说过的两句话始终印象深刻,他说“改革，是一点点往前拱的”，他说“背着‘黑锅’前行，是改革者必须的修行”。人们为什么会记住这两句话?因为它体现了当前中国司法改革最重要的特征。改革走到今天,能改的都改了，剩下的都是难啃的“硬骨头”，留下的都是难解的困局。没有对司法改革深刻的体会是说不出这样的话的，而没有迎难而上、不计毁誉、甘背“黑锅”的改革精神，也同样说不出这样的话。

Learning 3: Zou Bihua is a judge who is bold in reform and innovation. At the moment when the judicial reform has entered the deep-water area in an all-round way, it is an important part of the spirit of judges in the new era to be brave in taking on responsibilities, daring to innovate, and not afraid to bear all kinds of pressures brought by the reform. Zou Bihua is one of the "operators" of judicial reform in Shanghai. People are always impressed by his two words. He said that "reform is a little forward", and he said that "it is a necessary practice for reformers to carry forward the" black pot ". Why do people remember these two sentences? Because it embodies the most important characteristics of the current judicial reform in China. Today, the reform has changed everything that can be changed, and the rest are "hard bones" that are difficult to chew, leaving behind a difficult dilemma. It is impossible to say such words without profound experience of judicial reform, and it is also impossible to say such words without the reform spirit of facing difficulties, disregarding criticism and being willing to bear the "black pot".

　　社会各界自发以各种方式悼念、怀念、学习邹碧华，形成了“邹碧华现象”，说明社会各界对高素质法官、对公平正义的强烈呼唤，对推动依法治国的强烈期盼。

The "Zou Bihua Phenomenon" was formed by the spontaneous mourning, remembrance and learning of Zou Bihua from all walks of life in various ways, which shows that all walks of life have a strong call for high-quality judges, fairness and justice, and a strong expectation for promoting the rule of law.
