通过这段时间的国培学习,我意识到体育课的质量在很大的程度上取决于体育老师教的能力,这种能力应该是体育老师的专业性的体现,因此就应该是体育老师专业发展的基本点。所以我们首先要加强自身专业文化知识的修养。

这次参加国培学习,我是怀揣着对教育事业的追求和对学生负责的态度来参加,这次培训活动的内容较丰富、形式多样、安排紧凑、组织严密。专家们的讲座比较切合教学实际,有宏观的阐述也有微观的剖析,有理论的提升,更有课例的充实。这种培训我们喜欢,朴实、生动、学有所用。学习期间,认真聆听各位专家的讲座和报告,认真笔记,积极参加讨论,结合自己教学实际进行总结和反思。通过远程学习,收获颇丰,对小学数学本质和自身数学素养等方面的认识都得到很大提升。现就这次培训作如下总结:
