教师要充分信任孩子，相信孩子完全有学习的能力。把机会交给孩子，俯下身子看孩子的生活，平等参与孩子的获得。教师把探究的机会交给孩子，孩子就能充分展示自己学习的过程，教师也就可以自如开展教学活动。

同时，教师要“解放孩子的双手，解放孩子的大脑，解放孩子的眼睛，解放孩子的嘴巴，解放孩子的空间”，给他们想、做、说的机会，让他们讨论、质疑、交流，围绕某一个问题展开辩论。教师应当让孩子充分思考，给孩子充分表达自己思维的机会，让幼儿放开说，并且让尽可能多的孩子说。这样，孩子自然就会兴奋，参与的积极性就会高起来，参与度也会大大提高，个体才能得到发展。

在过去的教学中，我们只是一味的要求教师的作用，往往忽视了孩子们的主动性，这对于幼儿的教育是不可取的。孩子们拥有好动和对一切事物都充满好奇的天性，身为教师的我们不能将孩子的这一天性丢弃。因此在教学中，我们应该让孩子们尽情的发挥他们的优点，转换教师和学生的角色，在课堂中一孩子们为主题，老师起到辅助性的作用。从而培养孩子的探索能力和对事物的思考能力。
