共有45位同学，在这本学期里，有36位同学走上了实习工作岗位。原以为终于将学生送出校园，可以省点心了，至少眼不见心不烦，但事实却并非如此。开学初，校实训处提出的“四个一”，即一天一考勤，一周一走访，一月一总结，一学期一返校。在我班同学的积极配合，组长的有效组织下，基本做到了天天考勤，就连法定的节假日也没有停止过；走访更是成为我每周必做的工作，看着工作中的他们，心里无比的骄傲，他们终于长大了；看着他们每月上交的总结，回复邮件成为我最开心的事情，在这里可以与他们交流，了解他们的心理动态和工作状态。在学年即将结束的时候，全班同学再次回到校园，自发组织的班会课：《重温校园，畅谈理想》，让许多同学都流下了感动的泪水。

作为实习生的班主任，如今，不再是天天要求他们遵守校纪校规。更多的给他们讲授如何立足于社会，服务于社会；如何处理人际关系；利用课余时间坚持做到每周走访实习学生，并利用节假日，到苍南、瑞安、乐清等地走访。走访后更多的是收获，学生对老师的信任，家长对学校的信任。走访也让我重新认识了这群孩子们。有些同学是子承父业，不论这份产业是否是自己喜欢的，为了家庭，默默的付出着；有些同学背井离乡独立一人在外，江苏、福建、更有东北沈阳，为了事业，他们坚持着；有些同学为了能学到更多的技术，不计报酬，抛开所谓的面子，替他人打工；也有的同学已经在自己的岗位上站稳脚步，并期待着更好的发展。
