共有45位同学,在这本学期里,有36位同学走上了实习工作岗位。原以为终于将学生送出校园,可以省点心了,至少眼不见心不烦,但事实却并非如此。开学初,校实训处提出的“四个一”,即一天一考勤,一周一走访,一月一总结,一学期一返校。在我班同学的积极配合,组长的有效组织下,基本做到了天天考勤,就连法定的节假日也没有停止过;走访更是成为我每周必做的工作,看着工作中的他们,心里无比的骄傲,他们终于长大了;看着他们每月上交的总结,回复邮件成为我最开心的事情,在这里可以与他们交流,了解他们的心理动态和工作状态。在学年即将结束的时候,全班同学再次回到校园,自发组织的班会课:《重温校园,畅谈理想》,让许多同学都流下了感动的泪水。
