高尔基说过:“谁不爱孩子,孩子就不爱他,只有爱孩子的人,才能教育孩子”。我们常说:爱自己的孩子是人,爱别人的孩子是神,教师的爱是神圣的,教师的责任是伟大的。爱护学生是教师的天职,爱为师德之本,无爱则无教育,教师必须真心诚意地去关爱每一个学生,能够得到教师的关爱,是每个学生最起码的心理需求,师爱对学生来说是一种鞭策和激励,对学生的成长和进步有很大的推动作用。回顾自己从教XX年的`历程,感悟自己为师XX年的体会,爱与责任成就着我从教的每一步,爱与责任诠释着我为师的每一天。

We often say that loving one's own children is human, loving others' children is God, teachers' love is sacred, and teachers' responsibility is great. It is teachers' bounden duty to love students.
