我演讲的题目是:提升个人素养,争做魅力教师——读《魅力教师的修炼》有感。在学校“读书沙龙”活动的倡导下,我认真读了《魅力教师的修炼》一书,该书分别从教师的人格魅力、学识魅力、形象魅力、语言魅力、沟通魅力和反思魅力等角度系统地阐述了如何全面提升教师魅力,从而更好地位教育教学服务,读了此书得到不少感觉,我想只有通过不断学习,不段的进行教育实践,不断的反思才能提升自身的魅力。虽然我从教的时间也有四年,平时也注重自己的人格修炼,但还需在今后的教育教学过程中,不断学习、修炼、提高,使自己成为一名真正的学生喜欢的魅力教师。
