天色渐渐暗了下来,可屋里的我却依然捧着那本书。因为老师偶然的推荐,我才遇到这本如此有爱的书。

最近看完丰子恺先生的《缘缘堂随笔》,丰先生睿智的思维和豁达的人生态度,让我敬畏万分,其中《渐》让我感处最深。

“渐”是无形的,你看不到她轻轻挪移的脚步,渐又是有形的,多年后你会惊诧她改变世界的巨大力量;“渐”能掩盖很多变化,使身在其中的人感觉不到,局外的人也难于感觉到。因此,当一个人奋斗一生逐步走向人生的巅峰时,我们不会觉得惊诧,因为他付出的努力与艰辛人们可以一幕幕地回想起来,虽然那些都已成为过去,但依然清晰。同样,当一个人从温柔富贵之乡中逐步走向破落衰败,只要其中经历了几十年,人们在感叹的时候,也觉得没有什么稀罕了,很多平民百姓正是希望有一些变数,使他们不至于永远处在社会的最底层,当然,他们在祈祷上苍时,并没有求佛不给那些富贵之家关照。事实上,一个家庭顺延几代之后,就会有一些崛起与落差,少有十代都富贵而谦和的,因此,社会上流传这样的说法:家无三代富,清官不到头。这是规律,这也是伤感,这更是无奈——没有读懂人生的无奈。

Few generations are rich and modest. Therefore, it is said in the society that no family is rich for three generations, and no honest official can end. This is the rule, this is also sad, this is more helpless - no understanding of life helpless.

正因为人生是如此短暂,即使你能活上百来岁,或者与彭祖一样以八百岁为人生之秋,对于浩渺的宇宙来说也是短暂的。人都是时间这一辆永恒列车上的一员,不同的是,有的人从这里上车,有的人从那里上车,有的人在这里下车,有的人在那里下车,每一站都有人上下,如果人们的人生如同上下车一样,那便是圆满:上车便是喜悦,下车更是喜悦。达到这一境界是异常难的,不是有很多人因为在车上打瞌睡,一不小心该下车时却未下车,这于人生来说也许不是很大的悲哀,人们只是这样说:好死不如赖活着,但这样的生命没有多大价值。那些在车上不安分的人,甚至危害乘客安全的将会被提前逐下车,于人生来讲,那便是生命的结束。

Those who are restless on the bus, or even those who endanger the safety of passengers, will be expelled early. In terms of life, that is the end of life.

因为时间的顺延性与不可逆转性,人生便是唯一的,也可以说是一次性的,从这一角度讲,人生真不如南山脚下一株草,枯草逢春又添绿,人生枯老无再春。既然这样,我也能理解庄子面对妻亡这一世人公认的大打击为什么会鼓盆而歌:人从生到死,都是自然的,如同四季更替,万物更新。万物的存亡都有定数,严格地讲,世界上没有永恒的物质,更难有永恒的精神与信仰。

一个虔诚的佛教徒,一位广博的学者,一个平实的凡人,一位真切的彻悟者,丰子恺,不仅能以其简洁白描般的漫画引人深思,一本薄薄的《缘缘堂随笔》也让人掩卷漫思、受益良多。最近看完丰子恺先生的《缘缘堂随笔》,丰先生睿智的思维和豁达的人生态度,着实让我敬畏万分。

Feng Zikai, a devout Buddhist, a broad scholar, a plain ordinary person, a true and thorough thinker, can not only draw people to think with his simple and plain cartoon, but also make people ponder and benefit a lot from a thin copy of "Yuan Yuan Tang Essay". Recently, after reading Mr. Feng Zikai's Essay on Yuanyuantang, I was awed by Mr. Feng's wise thinking and open-minded attitude towards life.

他在书中写道:“我似乎看见,人的心都有表皮。这表皮的质量与重数,依个人而不同。有的人的心似乎是用单层的纱布包的,略略遮蔽一点,然而真的赤色的心的玲珑的姿态,隐约可见。有的人的心用纸包,细细摸起来也可以摸得出。且有时纸要破,露出绯红的一点来。有的人的心用铁皮包,甚至用到八重九重。那是无论如何摸不出,不会破,而真的心的姿态无论如何不会显露了”。和下一句:“我家三岁的瞻瞻的心,连一层纱布都不包,我看见常是赤裸裸而鲜红的”。这些话语深深地烙印在我的脑海让我沉思良久。在它里面蕴含了鲜为人知的道理:“每个人的心都有表皮”。的确就是这样,表皮越厚重数越多就更不容易被欺骗,更坚强,但与别人交往的想法与欲望就会越少;反之,表皮越薄重数越少就会容易被人欺骗,更脆弱,但会给人感觉很真实,别人就愿意与你交流、沟通。而瞻瞻呢,却又不一样了,他那一颗没有表皮的、赤红的却是童心。天真、善良这两种性格正是拥有一颗童心的表现。

另外,丰子恺先生又十分崇拜弘一法师。弘一法师是丰子恺先生学艺术时的老师,又是他学宗教的导师。他的一生,受法师的影响很大。他还认为人的生活,可以分作三层:一是物质生活,二是精神生活,三是灵魂生活。而弘一法师则住在了第三层上,他住在了第二层上,只能在第二层里徘徊,有时能去望望第三层的风景,却不能入,不能真正地进到里面。

Even if he cannot step into the third layer of life, he hopes to have childhood again and childlike innocence. Therefore, we should also cherish the time now, cherish every minute and every second we have now.
